In compliance with Title IX and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), the College provides a procedure for reporting, investigating and adjudicating misconduct.

Campus Climate Survey
Massachusetts law requires all colleges and universities, public and private, to administer a campus sexual misconduct climate survey at least once every four years. Labouré 91Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµÔÚÏß last conducted its survey in June 2025.
